This is a brief guide to a number of things that can go wrong with the PC's.

The system has stopped responding and you are not working on the AS/400. (if the slowdown is on the AS/400, please go to that page.).

• Has the system been slow all day? - if it has, you may just need to give it a little more time. If it still doesn't respond in an acceptable length of time, close some of the open applications. If it still does not speed up, call Patrick(5225) or Sandra (5228) and report the problem.
